Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Lyvica (the “Service”), available at lyvica.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Lyvica runs AI coding agents in isolated cloud workspaces to build web applications from your prompts, ships the result to a GitHub repository you own, and provides a live preview. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
2. Accounts
You sign in with your email via a magic link. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your inbox secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to build or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content, to attempt to break out of the sandbox or disrupt the infrastructure, to mine cryptocurrency, or to resell the Service’s compute. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Usage limits & fair use
Each plan includes a daily allowance of prompts (an agent build or a chat edit counts as one prompt), resetting at 00:00 UTC. Current allowances are:
- Free — 5 prompts / day
- Pro — 20 prompts / day
- Max — 100 prompts / day
These allowances are indicative and may be adjusted over time to keep the Service sustainable. We may also apply additional fair-use protections against abnormal or automated usage. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material reductions in advance.
5. Your content and repositories
You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and of the code the agents generate for you, which is published to your own GitHub repositories. You are responsible for what you build and ship. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the Service (for example, to run the agents, store your projects, and serve previews).
6. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans (Pro and Max) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; your plan remains active until the end of the current period and is not pro-rated. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change plans, prices, and limits with notice.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service and the code generated by the agents are provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
