Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Lyvica collects, why, and your rights over it. We aim to collect as little as possible.
1. What we collect
Account data: your email address (used for magic-link sign-in) and, optionally, your name.
Product data: the projects you create, your prompts, generated code, run logs, and your plan / subscription status.
Usage data: basic analytics and session recordings to understand and improve the product (see below).
2. How we use it
To operate the Service (run agents, store projects, serve previews), authenticate you, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Service providers (sub-processors)
We rely on trusted third parties that process data only as needed to provide their service:
- Hetzner— hosting & database (Germany, EU)
- GitHub — repositories for your generated projects
- Anthropic — the AI models that power the coding agents
- Stripe — subscription payments
- Resend — sending magic-link emails
- PostHog— product analytics & session replay
4. Analytics, session replay & cookies
We use PostHog for product analytics and session replay to see how the product is used and fix issues. Recordings mask all input fields, so what you type (emails, prompts, project names) is not captured. We use only the cookies / local storage strictly necessary for sign-in and these analytics; we do not run third-party advertising trackers.
5. Data location & retention
Your account and project data are hosted in the European Union (Germany). We keep your data for as long as your account is active and delete it on request or within a reasonable period after account closure, except where we must retain it by law.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws, you can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email contact@lyvica.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
